During the Covid 19 lockdown, many people are working from home. For some, it is a positive experience. For others, especially those who are doing it for the first time, it is a real struggle

Not everyone embraces working away from colleagues and the workplace, especially if they are not used to it. For those of you who are feeling anxious, stressed, worried, sad, or overwhelmed, it’s important to remember that it’s perfectly normal and OK to feel this way.

Making sense of your feelings is an important part of successfully dealing with them. There are some simple activities that you can do to help you think more clearly and take care of yourself, others and the work in hand.

Juliet is an Educational Consultant who specialises in working with individual’s, teams and organisations; developing and maintaining their health and wellbeing. She has almost 25 years’ experience in training people with differing capability levels and in organisations including, secondary schools, universities, the NHS, Department of Health and Social care etc.

Her background is in Nursing; and she has a BSc (Hons) Health Science Degree, and is an experienced and qualified adult education trainer (PGCE). Juliet is a mental health first aider and a qualified mindfulness instructor. She integrates both into her work at every level.
